E-mail Club Penguin saying EXACTLY this to see if we can pass the rule: "Dear Club Penguin,
I was noticing that a lot of old penguins are being banned forever and i think it is unfare because of the following, 1. If they were a member and over 400 days old they could have spent a total of $100-$200! 2. If they had very old items ex. Beta Test Party hat it will PROBABLY never come back! So i have a solution: With every ban there penguins' ban will go up 10hrs and start at 72hrs on their first ban. Also with every ban you will loose 1000 coins or for some penguins ALL of their coins. I think this would be a better punnishment instead of banning their penguin FOREVER!"
